Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using the AllFiber mobile application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download or use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AllFiber regarding your use of the App. By completing a purchase, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of Service
AllFiber provides fiber optic color code reference data based on the TIA-598 standard and other international standards (IEC 60304, DIN VDE 0888, S12, FIN2012, IEC 60794-2, Type E). The App allows field technicians to look up fiber and tube color assignments by fiber number, cable type, and cable configuration.
The App is a reference tool only. It provides color code data derived from published industry standards. The App is designed to work fully offline once installed on your device.
3. Disclaimer & No Warranty
THE APP IS A REFERENCE TOOL AND IS NOT A REPLACEMENT FOR PROPER FIBER IDENTIFICATION PROCEDURES.
ALWAYS VERIFY FIBER IDENTIFICATION WITH A TONE GENERATOR, VISUAL FAULT LOCATOR (VFL), OR OTHER PHYSICAL VERIFICATION METHOD BEFORE SPLICING OR PERFORMING ANY WORK ON FIBER OPTIC CABLES.
USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Incorrect fiber identification can cause service outages, equipment damage, and significant financial loss. AllFiber is not liable for any damages resulting from incorrect fiber identification, whether caused by errors in the App, misinterpretation of results, or any other reason.
Color data is provided “AS IS” based on published industry standards. We make no warranty, express or implied, that the data contained in the App is complete, accurate, or error-free. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Field conditions such as faded cables, non-standard manufacturing, or legacy installations may result in color codes that do not match published standards. You are solely responsible for verifying fiber identification before performing any work.
4. Purchases & Payments
AllFiber is available as a one-time purchase ($4.99 USD or equivalent in your local currency). There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
Payment Methods
Depending on your platform and region, your purchase may be processed by:
- Apple App Store — For iOS users. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their terms.
- Google Play Store — For Android users outside the United States. Purchases and refunds are handled by Google in accordance with their terms.
- Whop — For Android users in the United States and web purchases. Purchases are processed by Whop Inc. in accordance with their terms.
Account Creation
When you purchase AllFiber, an account is created using the email address you provide during checkout. This account is managed by Clerk (our authentication provider) and is used to:
- Verify your purchase and license status
- Allow you to restore access on other devices
- Enable team/organization license management (for B2B customers)
By completing a purchase, you consent to the creation of this account and agree to our Privacy Policy.
Refunds
Refund requests should be directed to the platform through which you made your purchase (Apple, Google, or Whop). AllFiber does not process refunds directly.
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including its source code, design, graphics, user interface, and all related content, is owned by AllFiber and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the App.
Color code standards referenced in the App, including TIA-598, IEC 60304, DIN VDE 0888, and others, are owned by their respective standards bodies (Telecommunications Industry Association, International Electrotechnical Commission, etc.). AllFiber does not claim ownership of these standards.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALLFIBER AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Service outages caused by incorrect fiber identification
- Lost revenue or business interruption
- Equipment damage
- Data loss
- Personal injury resulting from reliance on App data
In no event shall AllFiber's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid for the App.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App or any associated services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
Since the App is designed to function fully offline, purchased functionality that does not depend on network services will remain available on your device regardless of termination.
8. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in English.
EU/EEA residents: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law. You may bring claims in the courts of your country of residence. For EU consumers, the European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. For material changes, we will notify users through the app or by email.
Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
